Loving Daycare for Your Child in Naperville, IL

Enrollment

During your visit, an enrollment packet will be given ( which is also available to be downloaded here. ) All pages of the form must be filled out before your child may attend the day care, and all personal information is kept confidential and will not be given, sold, or shared with any 3rd parties. Arrival

It is important that your child's day begins with a positive note. Many children enjoy spending a few moments with their parents in the playroom before their parents' departure; we encourage and cherish those moments.

If for any reason you are not going to bring your child, if any special preparations are needed such as a snack, or you will be late, please contact us online or call us at 630-362-0751 (preferably) before you are scheduled to arrive. We worry about our little friends and their parents.

If you know your child will be absent or might miss some days, please provide us with a note the day before or that morning of. Written communication helps eliminate any verbal confusion and miscommunication.

Departure

We will release a child only to the person who enrolled the child or someone pre-authorized in writing by the enroller. If there is an emergency, the enroller must call in and provide full name of the person picking up their child, also a text message of the person’s full name. Any person other than the enroller required to provide a Photo ID before entering and will be checked to match the text message provided. Children do not like to feel like they have been left behind, so please make every effort to pick up your child on schedule. If you are late there is an additional $10 charge per half hour after closing.

The First Day

The First Day in a new environment can be challenging for any one especially our little friends. We will make every effort for the parents to be aware of the circumstance that can be produced due to anxiety during the first week. We will work together with the parents to make the transition as smooth as possible.

For part time children, we recommend a first week of full time. This provides the child a better, smoother adjustment.
